Hello guys!

Well, since I suck terribly at art, I'll be using the journal feature more than uploading deviations.

So, my summer has been pretty boring so far, but last week, my summer went from boring to bad.

My dad came to my house last Saturday, June 27th (Parents are divorced). It was two days before my birthday, so I just thought he was coming over to wish me an early birthday, and to have me spend the night at his house.

That wasn't it at all.

He came to tell us that he went to the doctor that morning; he was diagnosed with throat cancer.

I was so sad and so worried then. I still am now. Though, Throat cancer is 45% CURABLE, so I'm still in good spirits. He's going to start khemotherapy sometime this Wednesday or Thursday, and he had a feeding tube put in him today. That's just incase anything bad with his throat happens, and he can't swallow.

It's going to become a little rough, and he'll be going through Khemo for about 7 to 8 weeks, then they'll start the radiation. But I'm still in good spirits, and so is he; he's still his same old self, lol.

My prayers are out to him, and I hope that all of yours are.
